ABOUT US

"The good we can do together can surpass the good we can do alone." Benjamin Franklin

A top priority for the executive management of internal audit functions is to have an optimal talent model which encompasses the right balance of insight, experience and interpersonal skills to achieve the functions overall mission and objectives. Many find it a challenge to obtain, retain and train such sought-after talent. Resourcing has been a systemic challenge for many audit functions which greatly effects audit quality and output and the perception of internal audit to its stakeholders.

From our 18 years of internal audit experience in banking, we have learnt that success to this challenge is achieved from role models leading teams and building their capabilities and through inspiring them. The best form of learning in internal audit is through others that demonstrates such skills and ability and effectively coach’s others. A strong team leads to better audit quality and results.

Ravinder Singh, our founder, has through his internal audit experience consistently and successfully delivered the approach, by being that role model, in different and challenging banks. A common root cause of poor audit quality and engagement is poor team collaboration, often a result of an absence of role model. Our success and experience enables us to successfully deliver on this purpose.

Who we work with

Our key focus is on providing co-source services – so that we can work with the team to collaborate and coach the team, leading to a sustainable model.

We provide this service to the banking sector so that we leverage our deep insights, experience and interactions with the industry.

Many mid-tier banks have previously fully outsourced their internal audit function and have recently set up services in-house. There are some internal audit functions that have been established for a while but wishes to modernise and become more effective and have a sustainable model. Having worked with such organisations, we have experience in understanding the challenges and the framework for successfully building such teams and capabilities.
